Summer, 2009

"Failing at Friendly is Not an Option" was the first song Ideal Fathers wrote as a band after I joined. It's probably the best possible song I could have chosen as my first foray into chip music. I threw pretty much everything that I could figure out how to do into it, and the resulting barrage of sound complemented Ideal Fathers perfectly. I initially released my nintendo version on the band's myspace page in the Summer of 2009. The original song was featured on our EP, "A Complete Waste of Time Travel", which, along with the rest of our discography, is available as a pay-what-you-want download, with all proceeds donated to the Girls Rock organization.
